Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Studio Celine W packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
